IBEX understands that much of your resources can be tied up in your inventory. That is why our business practices include having our staff work hand in hand with your own. It is in our own best interest to protect your assets as well as your confidential business information. If we fail, you take your business elsewhere and that is certainly not what anyone wants to happen. So we work hard every day to not only meet your expectations of us, but to exceed them on a regular basis.
All shipments are inspected for any potential negative issues like spoilage and breakage. If our staff finds anything of concern, they report immediately back to our managers who contact the customer to plan a course of action to resolve the issue.
We have developed a system which uses unique bar codes and RF scanners to streamline shipping, receiving and inventory tasks. Each barcode is encrypted with the information for each specific product that allows for them to be quickly scanned into inventory upon arrival. The system will then show proper storage area for that product and any special handling that may be necessary. The system will also track existing inventory and create alerts when stock gets low.
Our staff also visually checks products on a regular basis as a back-up to the automated system. The staff will also check trailers for any safety issues or concerns and report those back to their managers so the issues can be addressed.
We encourage our customers to take advantage of our Advance Protocols option. This option allows customers to set up solutions to “what-if” scenarios. This way if the situation occurs in real-life, there is already a solution put in place that can be implemented immediately.
Our facilities are capable of both storing and disposing of hazardous materials. We closely follow all federal and local guidelines regarding disposal of such materials. We can even consult with the manufacturer for you to ensure the storage guidelines are met.
