How It Works

Our Mail Forwarding services are in large part used by customers who live overseas. They use the address to shop online without restrictions. International customers often cannot shop at many U.S. sites because the vendors do not ship purchases overseas.

By using the U.S. address that we provide, these customers are able to shop at any online store and be confident that they will receive their purchases without issue. They also benefit because the costs are lower. They pay domestic rates on the initial shipment that comes to us and then when it comes time to have the package forwarded to them, they have access to the lowest international rates in the business due to our arrangements with the largest carriers to obtain special pricing.

Many customers choose to use the address for all of their mail needs and that works too.

Any customer choosing to use the Mail Forwarding services is required to complete a 1583 form from the U.S. Postal Service. A copy can be downloaded here: https://about.usps.com/forms/ps1583.pdf. Forms can also be picked up at a local branch of the USPS.

Whatever payment you select to pay for these services it must be made with an account that has the same name as the customer. Accounts with another name of a 3rd party will not be accepted.

Receiving Packages

It’s easy to get your deliveries. Simply enter the address we provided to you in the “ship to” fields of any orders you place. Or give the address to your contacts for your correspondence. The items will come to us and then we will forward back out to you within 48 hours provided we have received your instructions for the packages.

If you forgot what was in a package or need to know what the contents are prior to providing us with forwarding instructions, you can request we open the item. We first photograph the outer package and then open and photograph or scan the contents for you. All items are opened in a secure, limited access area of the facility for added security. The items are then returned to the original package and the images are sent to you for review.

Package Forwarding

Items are forwarded to you based on the instructions you provide to us. You can choose to handle each piece individually or you can provide blanket instructions for the mail ahead of time to save delays.

You select where the package gets forwarded on to by providing a complete mailing address for us to use. In addition, you can select the carrier of your choice as well as the shipping method you prefer. Again, preferences can be set up in advance to save time. We provide a calculator to help you choose the most economical method for your items.

Items being shipped overseas must have a Customs form completed. This cannot be done by our staff. The customer must complete the form themselves.
