Customer Service

Our customer service agents go through a rigorous background check prior to being hired. They are also evaluated by our HR and management teams based on their skills and qualifications. It is important to us that we have the right people in place in the right area of our team that works best for everyone. Our customers can be demanding and rightly so. We have been enlisted to receive goods on their behalf and in, some instances, store and protect their products.

Our customer service team has gone through detailed and comprehensive training prior to beginning employment. Throughout their time with us, they take part in ongoing training and receive coaching and support from our management team.

We firmly believe it is this attention to detail when building our team that gives us some of the highest customer satisfaction ratings amongst our competition. It is our philosophy that in order to succeed we must make and keep our customers happy. Without them, we would not exist.

As a business customer, you will have 2 reps assigned to your account. Since they are dedicated to servicing your account, they will be able to handle requests or inquiries quicker and develop a relationship with you and your team. Because of this relationship they will know what to expect from you and will be better able to anticipate your needs.

Though you can contact our customer service department via email, fax, phone and online chat, we highly recommend using the chat option when possible. This method allows for the quickest response times and is a more effective means of communication in most cases.
